The Japanese Smartphones manufacturer Sony has unveiled its new flagship during the Mobile World Congress 2014 back in February, the Sony Xperia Z2 and now it looks like that the Japanese firm is now working on the Compact variant of the Xperia Z2 as the full specifications of the Sony Xperia Z2a are out now. We all know that a week ago, the Sony Xperia Z2a goes official in the Taiwan but at that time nobody know the full specifications of the device.
So, the Sony Xperia Z2 features a 5 inches of the IPS 1080p display which is .2 inch smaller as compared to the display size of the Sony Xperia Z2. The device is made up of the plastic, but still the device has the certification for the water resistant and dust-proof.
The rest of the specifications are Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 20.7 megapixel of the primary camera same as found on the Sony Xperia Z2. Expandable storage is also present in the Xperia Z2a, so we can say that the device follows the Xperia Z2 on some areas of the specifications.
The device will be running on the Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and it will hit the stores next month in the Taiwan and maybe, the availability of the Xperia Z2a will be bounded only to the Asian markets.
