Looks like Sony has kept its promise as they have certified the Xperia S 4.1 Jelly Bean update from PTCRB. Hopefully the update might begin at this months end, The build version is (6.2.B.0.197) which is a tweaked version of previously leaked build. The people who have Xperia Acro S and Xperia SL don't have to wait much longer as the update to Jelly Bean is as the same build.
