Sony is prepping for two new firmware updates for its flagship device the Xperia Z. Our sources at XperiaBlog have told us that Sony has already certified the said updates by the PTCRB. The first update's firmware build number is 10.1.1.A.1.319 is another Android 4.1.2 update which might bring some minor bug fixes.
However the second update grabs our attention, The firmware build number is 10.3.A.0.407 is the first we have seen in the form of 10.3.X.X.XXX this could suggest a major Android iteration over the current firmware. There is a good chance it might be an early build of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
If this indeed an Android 4.2.2 build, Then there is a good chance that we might see it certified for the HSPA+(C6602) and European LTE (C6604) soon.
