The guys over at Engadget have got there hands on an image of what appears to be in inventory list of UK carrier ,Three(3), Showing release dates of upcoming devices on the carrier. Interestingly it shows the release date of upcoming camera-centric flagship device by Sony the Xperia Z1 which will land on the carrier on September 24th, Also mentioning the phone will be announced on September 4th.
We have prayed that Sony will shorten the timelines between the announcement and release date of Xperia Z1 and given that the handset firmware has also been confirmed by PTCRB, We were already hoping that the announcement of the device will be soon after IFA. The leaked image also comfirmed that the C690X a.k.a Honami will be marketed as Xperia Z1.
The image also tells us that September 4th will be a very big day as Samsung, Sony's nemesis will also be unveiling a handset which will be the much anticipated Galaxy Note III. The device will be available to UK carrier,Three, By September 16th. We don't know about you but we sure can't wait for September 4th.
