Recently the Android 4.3 update is out for the HTC One developer edition but now according to President of HTC USA Jason Mackenzie the Android 4.3 update is coming for the US and Canada HTC One but Jason Mackenzie also puts the lights that the update would slightly miss 30th September, that means probably the update is available after 30 of September.
