Nokia Lumia 2520,A survival for Windows device or an ending?

In the last few years, the windows phone devices haven't been much popular and didn't gain much interest in the market, that simply clarifies the downgrading of Microsoft's operating system. But does it mean an end to windows devices? Well guess not yet, cause Nokia has just announced their upcoming Nokia 2520 10.1 inches slate to be launched soon which may be of the same prices as of iPad and android tablets.

DESIGN:

The new Nokia 2520 10.1 will be available in four different colors, the red, white, black and cyan. The device will not more heavier than 615 grams whose body is made up of from glossy polycarbonate material.Nokia has always been ahead from its rivals in its color combinations. The device will be 8.9 millimeters thick, along with a volume up and down button on the top of the device with the power key as well slots for MicroSD and MicroSIM,a 3.5 mm headphone jack on the left and a USB 3.0 port on the right side of the device.Another advance feature is the Nokia has provided a port on the bottom of the device to let user connect a keyboard with it.

DISPLAY:

The new Nokia Lumia 2520 has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels with an IPS 10.1 touchscreen.Nokia has never been gone so far,if we go back to the last decay,we can see that those Nokia devices had been able to give a proper display even when exposed to daylight. The same feature is provided in Lumia 2520 device.

OS,Processor and Battery:

Nokia Lumia 2520 will run on windows RT 8.1.Many of us is familiar with the windows 8 UI,so one must not face any difficulty with its user-friendly environment. The only drawback of windows RT is it doesn't support legacy apps which means that app store will be the only place to find and install your apps
Talking about the processing capabilities,Nokia Lumia 2520 is armed with a SnapDragon 800 ARM processor which can boost up to 2.2Ghz,along with a heavy battery fuel of 8000mAh which will let the device to last for up to 11 hours of non-stop video playback,so the battery will no more be an issue in this new Windows device.

Memory and Camera:

The device will comprise of a 6.7 MP back camera similiar to that of Lumia 720 with an auto-focus and aperture of f/1.9.The only drawback of its camera is it has no LED light,so we can not rely on its low-light image capturing capabilities. The device will have a 2 MP front-facing camera which you can clearly see at the top of the screen.
The device consists of a 2 GB of RAM with a built-in 32 GB of internal storage but one must know the fact that Windows OS takes a lot of memory but thanks to the manufacturers for providing a MicroSD slot that lets a user to equip some more space.

How far will it be able to survive?

As everyone of us is familiar with the fact that the market is already saturated with so many tablets devices that simply clarifies that the new Nokia Lumia 2520 will have to struggle a lot to gain its market place.By providing an extra USB 3.0 port and an extension to plug-in keyboard has made the device to compete a bit more in the market with its rivals. The device will be priced from $500 but yet we've no clues of its launching dates. We are hoping for some better juice from Nokia this time.
