Samsung is offering free repair service for the Galaxy S3 and Note 2 users in China

A few hours ago, a Chinese State broadcaster discussed the bad situation of the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note 2 and blasted the Korean giant in a half-an-hour program. The issue that was raised in this program is the serious issue as the devices are stop working due to the use of defective NAND chips, in other words we can say that the devices are facing Superbrick and this problem is hitting both the devices.

But now the Korean firm Samsung has issued an apology to its consumers in China and issued a statement on its Chinese website and said "We welcome the scrutiny by the media. As a result of management problems, we have brought inconveniences to consumers, and we offer our sincere apologies". Samsung has also added that they will be going to repair this device free of charge, so if anyone have defected Samsung Galaxy S3 or Note 2, just brought it to Samsung authorized repair center and get repaired or replaced with no cost.

This is such a great step by the Korean based company Samsung as they decided to not let their consumers in China unhappy and after hearing this statement, the consumers in China take a deep breath of satisfaction.
