Google is continuously shocking the world by its awesome future plans.Yet, Android KitKat 4.4 is now been granted to the manufacturers to let them modify and customize according to their handset.A developer named, Maximiliano Firtman, pointed out and noticed that the chrome browser solds out with an emulator which allows the manufacturers to create their own browser.
Granting some adequate rights, you can have Chrome preinstalled in Android KitKat 4.4 but with a licensed package, just like you do with the other Google apps.The only possibility to have a licenseless browser is to build your own browser just like the Samsung and LG, who are already building their own apps.
But this won't affect the manufacturers as they can either pay for the Google apps package, licensing chrome or stock Android browser or can sell the phones with their own build WebView browsers.
This signifies that Google has opened up a free hand 3rd party partnership to have their browser app to be installed in the Android device.
