ECO-MOBIUS : A Powerful Concept

Have you ever repaired your Smartphone yourself ? Did you see how the components of the Smartphones are attached to the main board ? Yeah ! It looks very complicated and it is a very difficult task to do this but now it is not difficult anymore because the ECO-MOBIUS modular phone concept has just arrived and it can be assembled and upgraded very easily. We can upgrade or replace its modules via sliding tracks and the phone is basically divided into four independent modules in which display, core, battery and camera are included.

The display module consists of a screen and the lens and the core module is consists of CPU, GPU, RAM, ROM and other components. When you look at the concept picture, you can easily understand that how much easier is to upgrade or replace the modules of the ECO-MOBIUS. In the core module the components i.e. CPU, RAM can be fixed or removed by the magnets, the camera is also fixed magnetically and we can also replace a battery module very easily.

The concept looks great and ECO-MOBIUS is a 2013 red dot award: design concept winner. Look at the concept images below
