HTC One GPE KitKat update now in Google's hands

Everyone is waiting for the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update for their Smartphones and here is the good news for the owners of the HTC One Google Play Edition. As according to the tweet that was made by the @HTCUSA, the Google Edition of the HTC One Android 4.4 Kit-Kat code is given to the Google by the HTC and soon Google will release the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update to the Google Edition of the HTC One.

After the Nexus lineup, the Google Play Edition of the HTC One will became the first to get the Kit-Kat treatment but its up to the Google, because no one knows how much time will Google take to roll out the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update for the HTC One Google Play Edition. Though, this is great news for the owners of the HTC One GPE because after all, the Android 4.4 code is in Google's hands and Google is working on it.
