Samsung Galaxy Nexus will not get the Android 4.4, confirmed by Google

The great news has just come up as the Google officially releases the new Nexus device made by the Korean OEM LG, Nexus 5 and the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat. But there is also a bad news along with the good news for the Galaxy Nexus users as Google officially confirms that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will not get the latest Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update and this is really disappointing for the Galaxy Nexus users because Google said that the Android 4.4 has the ability to run on the devices that have 512MB RAM and the Galaxy Nexus have the 1GB of RAM, so this is a point to sad for the users of the Galaxy Nexus.

Galaxy Nexus Android 4.4

We don't know why Google done this to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus because this device meets all the requirements of the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat but Google gave us the reason that the Galaxy Nexux, which first launched two years ago, falls outside of the 18-month update window when Google and others traditionally update devices and now the only thing that Samsung Galaxy Nexus users can do is they should buy the new Nexus 5 or they should upgrade to the LG Nexus 4 because LG Nexus 4 will get the Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update in the coming weeks.
