Samsung noticed this issue and will release the stable and fixed version of the Android 4.3 soon and probably in 15 days. Well, the good news has just arrived for the users of the T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (T-999) that the Samsung releases the Android 4.3 for the T-Mobile Galaxy S3.
You can upgrade your T-Mobile Galaxy S3 through Samsung KIES or via OTA, the update is sized about 486MB and brings many enhancements and new features like Samsung Galaxy Gear support and the Samsung KNOX which is able to secure your device more like never before. The LTE version of the T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (T-999L) will also get the Android 4.3 JellyBean near in the future.
