Android rising in the automotive industry is pretty slow but now Google and Audi has decided to make it faster and both companies looking forward to introducing the Android based infotainment system at CES 2014.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Google and the German manufacturer Audi are set to announce the development of an Android based entertainment and infotainment system for the cars and according to the report, the announcement will not be a small but a big as these two companies will begin a "collaborative effort" with the other firms in the automotive and technology fields and Nvidia is said to be one of these companies.
After this report, we can say that the Google is going head to head with the Apple as the Apple also takes interest in the automotive industry but according to our survey, that was conducted by the TeamSaS, people are more happy with the Android than the iOS. According to the Audi spokesperson "cars are becoming more complex, and with the computing power that is going into vehicles, you need that type of system in the car".
