The giant Korean OEM and world's largest Smartphone manufacturer Samsung is currently dominating the Smartphones industry with its next generation Phablets and Smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Samsung Galaxy S4 and now the everyone is waiting for the new family member of the Galaxy S family, yes we are talking about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5. Until now as according to the different reports and information from different sources, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature an eye scanning sensor and recently the patent was found at the PatentBolt, the benchmarks shows the 2K screen but we have to wait until it gets confirmation from some official sources, but now we have some good news to share with all of you.
As according to the sources from the Korea, some specifications of the Galaxy S5 gets unveil and according to the sources, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature a 4GB of RAM along with 20.7 megapixel of camera as we earlier heard about this camera sensor. The sources also added that the Galaxy S5 will also power up with the 64GB of internal storage with an external SD slot and the Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S5 at MWC 2014 and will release in their own organized event as we have earlier posted about the Samsung Galaxy S5 MWC launching ceremony.
