Samsung Galaxy S5 will be the first to use a Samsung's new LPDDR4 RAM

The world's largest Smartphone manufacturer Samsung has announced today that the company has developed the world's first 8GB (1GB) LPDDR4 RAM for the upcoming Smartphones and now the report popped up from the Korean media that the Samsung will firstly use this new 4GB RAM in the fifth generation Galaxy S Smartphone, the world's hot favorite Samsung Galaxy S5.

According to the ZDNet Korea, the Korean OEM will produce this new RAM (LPDDR4 Chip) sometime in the starting of the 2014 and if this information is going to be correct, the Galaxy S5 will definitely be the first Samsung Smartphone to feature this new chip.

The 4GB of RAM along with the 64-Bit CPU is a good combination to put the Samsung Galaxy S5 to the top of other Smartphones and according to the reports, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be launched at Q1 2014 (MWC) or sometime in the Q2 2014.
