The Taiwanese born Smartphone manufacturer HTC is not doing very well in the Smartphones industry and the Taiwanese firm is also facing different problems but now the news has just popped up which shows that the Taiwanese OEM is still alive and is busy to look after their customers. Recently on the November 1st, the Google has launched the new Android 4.4 KitKat along with the new family member of the Nexus family.
After the launching of the Android 4.4 KitKat, everyone is demanding the KitKat treatment for their devices but the HTC has decided to move one step back as they releases the Android 4.2.2 update with the HTC Sense 5 for the Verizon branded HTC Droid DNA. This is quiet interesting act by the HTC because other HTC devices are ready to get the Android 4.4 KitKat update and soon the KitKat Choco Bars are coming to the HTC One and HTC One Max.
But we don't regret this update because it brings many tweaks and customization to the system of the Verizon branded HTC Droid DNA and if you want to update your Verizon Droid DNA to the Android 4.2.2, first you will get the small update which is designed to prepare your Verizon Droid DNA for the Android 4.2.2 update and after that the big 600MB update will power up your Droid DNA.
If anyone of you have upgraded your Verizon HTC Droid DNA to the Android 4.2.2, let us know about this update via commenting below.
