While most of the Smartphones are getting the latest Android 4.4 KitKat update in which the Nexus family devices are the first to taste this but but the news has just arrived for the HTC Butterfly users and it could be a disappointing for the users because the HTC Butterfly gets the new update but don't be too excited because it is not the KitKat update and HTC is currently rolling out the Android 4.3 JellyBean update to the HTC Butterfly.
But we can say that at least the Butterfly users get updated to the Android version which can be seen on the most of the Smartphones available on the market. The new Android 4.3 JellyBean brings many changes to the system of the HTC Butterfly in which the new Sense 5.5 UI is the key feature of this new update. Not only this, the Android 4.3 update also brings customizable video highlights, HTC Zoe camera mode, Better HTC BlinkFeed, GIF creator from Zoe or burst shots, Enhanced music channel, performance improvements and some bug fixes.
The update is currently available via OTA (over the air) and weighs about 500MB but reportedly, the Android 4.3 JellyBean update is already available in Malaysia but it will hit the other regions across the globe very soon.
