Sony's newest mid-range smartphone the Sony Xperia E1 (D200X) is now available to pre-order in the UK and Germany via Amazon and other local sites. Amazon UK expects to have the handset in stock on 10th March.
In the UK, Amazon.co.uk has the Xperia E1 on pre-order at the price of £149.99 and says it will launch on 10 March 2014. Another UK retailer, Clove, has the pre-order price at £134.99, although it does note that the price is subject to confirmation.
In Germany, Amazon.de has the Xperia E1 (D200X) for €139.00 ($189.97) in black, white and purple colours. The Xperia E1 dual (D210X) is also available for €149.00 ($203.64) in the same colours.
At the moment we don’t know if Sony is planning to release the Xperia E1 in North America. But we’ll let you know if we get any more updates so stay in touch.

- 1,750 mAh battery.
- Runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
