Huawei has just unveiled the new mid range device, the Ascend G6 which will be a successor of its flagship device Ascend P6.
The device will have a 4.5 inch qHD display with 540x960 pixels of resolution (245ppi) with a support of 1.2Ghz quad core processor. It's still ambiguous to which chipset Huawei will go for, as for now Huawei hasrevealed that the device will have Cortex-A9 based HiSilicon chipset which will support 4G LTE service, but so far we know that device will be launched with 3G capability only. Other than these, the phone will have a 8MP rear shooter with Sony IMX134 sensor and a 5MP front camera.
The phone will have two versions - the 4G and 3G and both will contain a 2000mAh battery. The former will be slightly slimmer of about 7.5mm thick, whereas the speedier model will be 7.85mm thick.
Question is, which version will be launched first? The Ascend G6 3G will first be seen in the Q1 of the year, while 4G version will be launched in April. The price tag of the device is suggested of about €249($342).
