While Smartphones are getting the Android 4.4 KitKat updates, the news has just arrived for the users of the Sony Xperia M as the Android 4.3 JellyBean update is now approved for the Sony Xperia M and the device will get this update very soon.
France will be the first to get this new update for the Sony Xperia M as the country's carrier SFR has recently approved the Android 4.3 JellyBean ROM. Vodafone Australia is also testing the Android 4.3 JellyBean firmware on Xperia M and if everything goes according to the plan, then the rollout is not so far.
According to the changelog that was given by the French carrier SFR, the Android 4.3 JellyBean update brings updated multimedia apps such as Album, Movies and Walkman. The smoother and faster feel of the UI (user interface) along with the Xperia themes will also be included with this new update.
Are you happy with it? Or, are you sad because it is not KitKat? Let us know via your valuable comments.

Tried checking for 4.3 update on my mobile in India for C1904 Xperia M and was not able to find any updates. When I contacted Xperia Customer care was told that the update is incorrect in the website an there is no update.
