An year ago,a Jury in San Jose,California decided to drag Samsung into the law and claimed that Samsung must have to pay Apple for the total damages they've made to Apple Corp. for the infringements.But it was cleared out that why Samsung had to pay just an amount of $450 million out of a huge damage.
Today,the court was set again.The purpose of this law and order enforcement over the the market giant is just to determine whether the Samsung will still have to pay another $600 million out of a total of $1.05 million damage.But Samsung can still challenge that award in an appeal court.

Today's session includes the patents about the design of the iPhone which indicates that some of the Samsung devices were manufactured through their ideas.Though,all of those devices are no more in sell now.The devices includes the Samsung Galaxy Tab and Samsung Captivate.
Concerning about the the design issues,Apple will again rise up for their infringements,claiming most of the devices of Samsung are a verdict of Apple's design.The device includes the world's most famous Samsung Galaxy S3 which will be presented in the session of March 2014.
Their first session which was filed in 2012 took over a month,so now we can only hope that how long this and the upcoming sessions will be concluded with a result.
