Apple won't let Samsung get away, they're again gripping in their hands to get $22 million from Samsung

It seems like that the Apple will not let Samsung get away without paying the minimum amount of $22 million out of a total of that being paid by Samsung in the past year.As we've already discussed about the patent against Samsung by Apple couple of months ago(see:Samsung vs Apple).Samsung have already paid $450 million out of a total of a huge amount but the session wasn't settled till then.

It is scheduled that the two giants will meet up in the court on January 30, as Samsung was already dragged to court by Cupertino being the culprit of using Apple's technology to which Sammy have already paid $450 million out of a total of $1.05 billion and yet it is decided that the Sammy have to pay $740 million out of which Samsung have already paid $450.The remaining $290 will be paid subsequently in the next session.

This quarrel doesn't seem to be ended as a legal battle between the two tech giants.Samsung is continuously revealing its high-tech devices which Cupertino have already charged to be the patents infringements.Lucy Koh, the judge of the session who have been sessioning this legal quarrel since the beginning will precide over the case.
