According to the data from the very known app discovery platform Appsfire which is counted up to 1,006,557 of apps in app store recorded at the time of writing it.
Way back in October, Apple noticed it to have one million apps world wide which then the developers and creators from the other platforms took in their consideration and made the U.S. numbers to reach up to one million.
