Good news has just arrived for the owners of the Sony Xperia Z1 and the Xperia Z Ultra as the new firmware with a build number 14.2.A.1.124 has been certified at the PTRCB but don't get too excited because this is not the KitKat update.

The new firmware is certified for all the variants of the Xperia Z1 (C6902, C6903, C6943, C6906) and Xperia Z Ultra (C6802, C6833, C6843, C6806) and the update will bring some bug fixes that people are facing in the Android 4.3 JellyBean update and the users will also get the white balance app with this new firmware.
