Nearly two week after unveiling of Sony's new entry level device named Xperia M, It is set to launch in the Indian market very soon.
The popular online store Infibeam has listed the Xperia M with 'Coming Soon' tag on its website. Some UK based websites have already listed the Xperia M with a price tag of 227.99 pounds around 20,700 in Indian Rupees.
Xperia M comes with a 4.0"-inch TFT display having a resolution of 854X480p and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Powered by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 plus CPU, Adreno 305 GPU and packs 1 GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage which is expandable via microSD card upto 32 GB. At the back there is 5.0 MP camera with Exmor RS sensor and a VGA camera on the front for video calls.
Considering the price tag with Xperia M( about 20,700 INR), It will pose a stiff competition for the HTC Desire SV, Lumia 820, Blackberry Torch, Samsung Galaxy Grand and it might even damage the sales of its other Xperia sibling Xperia P and Xperia SP that fall in the same price bracket.
